Job summary

Busek Co. Inc. in Natick, MA is seeking a Senior Structural Analyst/Structural Engineer to join our Design & Analysis Team, supporting the development of advanced spacecraft propulsion systems and aerospace hardware.

This role owns analyses end-to-end, collaborates with hardware teams, and tackles complex aerospace structural challenges in a fast-paced R&D environment, using FEM and classical methods to ensure robust designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 6+ years of structural analysis experience.
• Strong FEM & structural dynamics knowledge.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead structural analyses for flight and development hardware using FEM.
• Develop FEM models; import CAD; define load cases and boundary conditions.
• Collaborate with design, systems, and test engineering to support hardware development.
• Communicate results clearly in technical reports and reviews to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving analysis methods and standards.
