Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Knowledge of business process/life cycle management principles.
• Familiarity with ERP and PLM/PDM systems (e.g., SAP, Teamcenter).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and data validation.
• Clear verbal and written communication across departments and vendors.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• BOM management: create, update, and structure multi-level BOMs.
• Coordinate and implement Engineering/Manufacturing Changes; ensure BOM version control.
• Audit part numbers, revisions, descriptions, and quantities between drawings and systems.
• Serve as central contact for Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Analyze, validate, and develop business and technical process requirements.
• Represent business units with project management and end users.
• Develop and coordinate business/user requirement specifications; ensure traceability.
• Develop hard copies and electronic reports; utilize analysis models and prototypes.
• Participate in developing requirements practices and engineering tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Observe laws, regulations and obligations; work safely per procedures.
• Occasional travel as required and expected.
