The candidate will grade, measure, and document blade work, operate tools and cranes, and ensure quality packaging for shipments to customers. Experience in aviation maintenance is preferred; willingness to travel is noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year manual hands-on craft experience.
• Prefer 1 year aircraft/industrial engine troubleshooting or aviation school.
• Must pass criminal background check and DOT-FAA pre-employment drug screen.
• Position is safety-sensitive per DOT/FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Grind and polish propeller blades.
• Print and verify required documentation and records.
• Package blades for shipment and handle components safely.
• Inspect blades for defects throughout the process.
• Operate overhead lifting crane to move props.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
