The role includes manual grinding, painting, measuring, and packaging blades, with a 9/80 schedule and benefits package. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret SDS and Technical Data Sheets to safely mix paints.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly with assistance.
• Position is safety-sensitive per DOT/FAA regulations and subject to testing.

Responsibilities

• Grind and polish propeller blades.
• Print and verify required documentation.
• Package blades for shipment.
• Inspect blades for defects throughout the process.
• Operate overhead crane to move blades between stations.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
