Segers Aero Corporation in Fairhope, AL is seeking a Machinist to join our team on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. Wage range is $21 - $30 per hour based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include repairs per overhaul manuals, blueprint reading, and operating mills, lathes and grinders with precision to +/- .0005. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and three years of machinist experience; CNC exposure is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three (3) years of machinist experience required.
• Tool and die making and CNC experience a plus.
• Must pass DOT/FAA safety and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Performs specialized repairs to parts per overhaul manuals using hand tools and grinders.
• Reads blueprints to specifications and logs labor in company software.
• Operates mills, lathes and grinders with close tolerance of +/- .0005.
• Maintains personal tool box and adheres to tool-control plan.
• Complies with OSHA, PPE, and safety training; travels as required.
