Qualifications

• 6-8 years of proposal, estimation, or related experience.
• 5+ years experience in the aerospace industry.
• Supervisory experience included in overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bid and proposal function for aerospace activities.
• Review and prepare cost estimates, ensuring compliance.
• Lead workforce and operations in preparing labor and equipment requirements.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams for proposal compliance and deadlines.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Education

Bachelors Degree from an ABET-accredited institution

Green belt or Black Belt certification
