Job summary

Responsibilities

• Solves problems of limited scope in planning, scheduling and manufacturing engineering.
• Supports production with process improvement and tooling.
• Participates in lean events to reduce waste and time.
• Reviews product requests for conformance to specs and coordinates design to meet customer requirements.
• Discusses tooling and production methods with management to ensure efficient production.
• Estimates production time, staffing and costs for management decisions.
• Recommends methods to improve worker efficiency and reduce material waste.
