Job summary

NORDAM Group LLC is seeking a Bid & Proposal Manager in Tulsa, OK. This role leads the end-to-end proposal process for aerospace bids, including technical and commercial content, cost estimation, and coordination across engineering, supply chain, and program management.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree required
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred
• Green/Black Belt certification advantageous
• 5+ years aerospace proposal/estimation experience
• SAP and CATIA experience desirable
• SAP ERP systems and CATIA experience in aerospace context

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates including labor, BOM, tooling, and NRE
• Ensure technical proposal requirements are met per contract specs
• Coordinate with Business Development through proposal/estimating process
• Lead pricing development meetings and risk assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, compliant submissions
• Maintain bid documents and support continuous improvement initiatives
