Job summary

TAT Technologies' Tulsa site is the Center of Excellence for heat transfer manufacturing and repairs. The Bench Mechanic will assemble, test, inspect, and overhaul heat exchangers and aircraft components per FAA/EASA and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining documentation, and supporting production schedules in a safe, organized work area with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and drawings to determine repair methods.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measuring instruments for assembly and repair.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow tool/FOD control (5S).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair heat exchangers and components.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, rework, and overhaul as required.
• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and repair documentation to determine procedures.
• Replace or repair damaged components using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Complete work orders, BOMs, and ERP transactions accurately.
• Maintain records and documentation in electronic and hard-copy formats.
