Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines, is seeking a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for a 2nd shift position in a state-of-the-art facility. You will build and disassemble production gas turbine engine modules, follow detailed work instructions, and ensure all records are accurately completed.

Responsibilities include supporting continuous improvement and performing additional duties as needed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and follow assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Adapt to varying tasks on the production floor and training requirements.
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and disassemble various gas turbine engine modules and subassemblies.
• Follow specified work instructions and assembly drawings to ensure compliance.
• Complete build records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• This is a 2nd shift (4x10) Bench Assembly Cell Operator role, 3:30pm–1:30am, Monday–Thursday.
