Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney operation in North Berwick, ME is seeking a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for 2nd shift (4 x 10, 3:30pm-1:30am). The role focuses on building and disassembling gas turbine engine modules and maintaining accurate production records.

You will follow detailed work instructions, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with teams on both commercial and military product assembly. A High School diploma and 1+ year related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience or a post-secondary certificate.
• Ability to read and understand English procedures and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Build and disassemble gas turbine engine modules and subassemblies.
• Follow work instructions and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Complete build records and required documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
