Job summary

RTX Corporation in North Berwick, ME is seeking a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for the third shift. You will build and disassemble gas turbine engine modules, follow precise instructions, and complete build records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 11:30pm–7:00am. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1+ years of related experience, or a related degree with 0–1+ years.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience, or a recent degree/certificate with 0–1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and disassemble gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies and accessories.
• Follow work instructions and assembly drawings to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Complete build records and required documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional duties as needed by supervision.
• 3rd shift Bench Assembly Cell Operator: Monday–Friday, 11:30pm–7:00am.
