Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join the onsite team in Coralville, IA. You will perform routine assembly, read procedures, and use SAP to support production while maintaining quality. Training on 1st shift may be required for up to four weeks, with the 3rd shift being the primary schedule.

Citizenship is required for access to project information. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and cooperate across teams to hit

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or equivalent; in absence, two years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.
• Must be willing and able to work 2nd shift.
• Training on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations on 3rd shift.
• Read procedures and work instructions; ensure accuracy.
• Use SAP and other computer tools to support processes.
• Meet internal and external deadlines and quality standards.
• Support cost reduction, waste minimization, and audits.

Education

HS Diploma or equivalent

2 years relevant experience (if no HS diploma)
