RTX is seeking a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for a 2nd shift in Wells, ME to build and disassemble gas turbine engine modules and subassemblies. You will follow work instructions and complete build records in a state-of-the-art aerospace facility.
The role is onsite 3:30pm–1:30am, Monday–Thursday. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience; strong English skills and adaptability are essential. RTX offers a bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

The salary range for this role is $18.30- $34.40. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
