Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in aerospace business development or related field.
• Strong understanding of the aerospace industry and space launch market.
• Proven track record of successful business development in technical industries.
• Experience with complex contract negotiations and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
