Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Integrated Product Support Leader to drive sustainment strategies across the DoD propulsion portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, interface with airframe integrators and DoD customers, and develop data and equipment for sustained propulsion systems through testing and fielding.

The role emphasizes CBM/PHM development, lifecycle cost modeling, and close collaboration with design and maintenance specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or Associates Degree with 4 years of additional relevant experience)
• Strong understanding of U.S. military logistics and sustainment environment
• Minimum of 4 years of military or DoD related industry experience
• Must have or qualify for a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Ability to work full time on-site at GE Aerospace headquarters in Cincinnati, OH; due to security requirements there are restricted work from home or remote opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Product Support Team
• Lead FLIGHTDECK operations for the integrated product team
• Work with airframe integrators and DoD customers to establish sustainment strategies and supportability requirements
• Interface with systems and design engineering to ensure propulsion architecture meets sustainment requirements
• Support identification of CBM requirements and PHM capabilities
• Ensure readiness and product support during flight testing campaigns
• Support spare parts forecasting and management
• Collaborate with maintainability, reliability, safety, and human factors engineers
• Participate in establishment of organizational, intermediate, and depot maintenance and sustainment
• Contribute to digital sustainment capabilities and model-based sustainment
• Support development of life cycle cost models and sustainment trade-offs
• Provide input on design of support equipment and creation of manuals and training
