Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati seeks an Executive Product Manager to lead development of next-generation engine products and related efforts. You will shape product strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and drive profitability in a complex, matrixed environment.

You will foster partnerships with airframers and government entities while overseeing budgets and forecasts, and crafting competitive strategies to advance safe, sustainable propulsion solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in product development (CAT-1 NPI or advanced prototyping).
• Program management experience; product management (PCB, CCB, Safety PMT).
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

The Executive Product Manager will have responsibility for leading the development of next generation engine products and associated efforts.

Essential Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Management
• Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with airframers and government entities, driving customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Developing and executing competitive strategies
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across the enterprise, demonstrating agility and effectiveness in a complex, matrixed environment to achieve organizational goals.
• Exhibit strong financial acumen, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to support strategic initiatives and drive profitability

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, finance, or related discipline
• Product Development Experience, in either CAT-1 NPI or advanced product prototyping
• Program Management Experience
• Product Management (PCB, CCB, Safety PMT)
• This position requires U.S. citizenship status with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Gov't Secret Clearance

Desired Characteristics

• Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships with airframers and/or government entities
• Experience with LEAN methodology & Kaizens
• Familiarity with military-unique advanced engine technologies
