Job summary

Eaton's IS AER MSD division is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician II for 1st shift to perform assembly and testing of aerospace hardware. You will develop hardware, set up functional tests, and collaborate with engineering to ensure quality components and systems are delivered on time.

Responsibilities include following safety standards, maintaining operator certifications, using ERP systems and standard tools, and communicating production needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant manufacturing/mechanical experience or military experience.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT not offered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test aerospace production hardware following written instructions.
• Develop hardware, create functional test setups, and engage with engineering for quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor on part availability, equipment, status, and schedule updates.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety standards; obtain and maintain Certified Operator status.
