Job summary

Eaton Corporation's IS AER MSD division seeks an Assembly & Test Technician II for the 1st shift in New York. You will assemble and test aerospace hardware, develop test setups, and collaborate with engineering to ensure quality components. Core hours are 7am-3pm.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of manufacturing or military experience, and proficiency with hand tools and measuring equipment. ITAR rules apply; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test aerospace hardware per approved procedures.
Develop hardware, create functional test setups, and coordinate with engineering.
Communicate with Production Supervisor regarding production needs and schedules.
Perform assembly and testing with standard tools, addressing quality requirements.
Maintain Certified Operator Status and ERP data entry as required.
Follow EH&S standards and report non-conforming materials.
