Job summary

ECI in Westfield, MA is seeking an on-site Assembler to perform manufacturing, assembly, winding, and inspection per documented procedures and drawings.

The role requires no manufacturing experience and reports to the Production Supervisor. You will work 40 hours weekly on second shift: Mon-Thu 4:00 PM–12:30 AM and Fri 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with a monthly production bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to learn manufacturing processes, equipment, and company procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, winding and inspection per work instructions and drawings.
• Ensure products meet customer, regulatory and company requirements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues within your scope and maintain production documentation.
• Maintain product identification, traceability and a clean, safe work area.
