Job summary

ECI in Westfield, MA is seeking an on-site Assembler to perform manufacturing, assembly, winding, and inspection per documented procedures and drawings.

The role requires no manufacturing experience and reports to the Production Supervisor. You will work 40 hours weekly on second shift: Mon-Thu 4:00 PM–12:30 AM and Fri 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with a monthly production bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler role performs manufacturing, assembly, winding, inspection, and related production activities in accordance with documented procedures, work instructions, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions. This position is responsible for producing quality products that meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements while maintaining compliance with AS9100, applicable military standards, and company safety policies. Assemblers are expected to troubleshoot manufacturing issues within their level of responsibility, report problems appropriately, maintain accurate production documentation, ensure product identification and traceability, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Consistent attendance and dependable performance are essential to this position.

Physical Requirements

Expected Hours:

Full-Time 40 hours weekly

Second Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, and Fridays, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Hourly Wage

$16.50 per hour plus monthly production bonus.
