Job summary

Bridgeways Everett is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support basic assembly of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components in a structured manufacturing environment. You will follow instructions, learn aerospace assembly practices, and operate under direct supervision.

Responsibilities include kitting, assembly, part marking, and packaging while adhering to safety and quality standards. Prioritize accuracy, learn quickly, and maintain organized work instructions and blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Able to perform essential duties with guidance and support as needed.
• Willing and able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Understands the importance of following quality standards to help produce consistent, reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Kitting: prepare and assemble parts for electrical components and verify kit accuracy.
• Assembly: assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components per drawings and instructions.
• Part marking: set up and operate marking machines and apply markings with high accuracy.
• Packaging: read work orders and pack parts to prevent damage and meet customer standards.
