Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant production experience in aerospace structural assembly.
• Ability to set up, operate, and maintain handheld manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with thin sheetmetal assemblies and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, competency and efficiency in tasks within the work area.
• Follow work instructions to ensure FAA-approved Quality Management System compliance.
• Perform quality checks, audits and inspections on finished products and components.
• Document production operations in logs and records as per instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe manufacturing environment.
• Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.
