Job summary

You will read drawings, follow work instructions, perform self-inspections, and assist with Lean initiatives. Strong communication skills are essential and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, or drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Build, kit, package, and prepare products for production and shipment.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Perform self-inspections to verify workmanship and product quality.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials, defects, or process issues.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly problems and assist with resolving production issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain organized workstations and follow 5S standards.
• Assist with training and supporting new team members when needed.
