Sonaca North America is seeking an Assembly and Paint Touch Up specialist in Washington, MO. You will drill, deburr, assemble components, and apply touch up paint to ensure parts meet precise specifications.

Experience with sheet metal, blueprints, and precision measuring tools is preferred. This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or eligible for assessment.
• Previous aircraft experience or sheet metal experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow specifications, work orders and blueprints to assemble and deburr sheet metal parts.
• Drill, rivet, fit parts, and inspect for conformance to specs.
• Apply touch up paint as needed and report any non-conformances to supervisor.
