Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree OR 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining).
• At least 5 years experience in a leadership/management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in developing solutions to complex problems which require ingenuity and creativity.
• Lead a team in the GMF assembly area assembling complex aerostructures to meet production requirements and customer acceptance.
• Oversee assembly of components into subassemblies and installation of systems, interfacing with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
