Job summary

Eaton's Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division in Irvine, CA is seeking an Assembler II for the 5:30 am – 2:00 pm shift. The role involves assembling parts, using hand and power tools, inspecting units, and following routings and blueprints to build subassemblies.

You may disassemble for repair, verify tolerances, ensure safety and 5S standards, and work within a team-driven environment. A high school diploma and 2 years of mechanical assembly experience are required; residence within 50 miles

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
Ability to read and follow blueprints or other work instructions.
Must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA; relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts or units using hand and power tools to form subassemblies or frames.
Disassemble and reassemble products for repair as needed.
Inspect, test, and verify units meet specifications and tolerances.
Interpret routing sheets and instructions to ensure proper assembly.
Maintain 5S standards and keep work area clean and organized.
Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
