Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of analytics, finance, operations, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Domo) preferred.
• Experience in aviation, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify key drivers and trends in complex datasets.
• Design and execute analyses for open-ended business problems with limited context.
• Connect analytics to KPIs and strategic implications for Distribution leadership.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems with quality controls.
• Standardize KPI definitions across Distribution for alignment.
• Develop and maintain scalable data tables across datasets.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings with problem-solving input.
• Produce knowledge transfer sessions, including documentation and training materials.
• Provide accurate time estimates and help define project scopes.
