Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, finance, operations, or related role (internship experience acceptable).
• Exposure to data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Domo preferred.
• Interest in analytics, pricing, forecasting, or strategy within a Distribution or supply chain environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structured data analysis to identify basic trends and patterns.
• Execute data cleaning and transformation tasks with established methodologies.
• Maintain and update recurring reports and dashboards using existing templates.
• Develop familiarity with Distribution KPIs and metric definitions.
• Complete foundational training in core Distribution systems and tools (e.g., IMOPS, IFS, Concourse, Paarts Store, Domo, SQL, Power BI).
• Apply newly learned technical skills to small, well-defined analytical tasks.
• Follow data structuring and governance frameworks; validate data accuracy before analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with a learning mindset.
• Produce clear documentation, meeting notes, and basic analysis summaries.
• Provide task-level time estimates and escalate timelines when needed.
