Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Principal to provide technical leadership in advanced manufacturing processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement across global operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and optimize weld processes, evaluate new technologies, analyze manufacturing data, and mentor engineers to improve efficiency, quality, and competitiveness in the market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of welding aerospace components experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, welding optimization, and lean principles.
• Knowledge of TIG, electron beam welding, and welding automation.
• Familiar with AWS D17.1 and AMS2750.
• GD&T concepts and symbols knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a global environment.
• Track record of continuous improvement and project execution.
