Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership and drive innovation in manufacturing processes. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies, and champion continuous improvement across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership skills in managing manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team to design, optimize, and maintain production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate manufacturing engineers and technicians to support daily production and long-term career growth.
• Work alongside operations, supply chain, and upper management to resolve bottlenecks and meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
