Job summary

Embry-Riddle is seeking a Student Recruitment Counselor to recruit prospective students and provide accurate information to help them decide on their education path. The SRC may represent the university at educational fairs and events and will support recruitment plans across Worldwide/Online Campus.

The role requires coordinating with admissions and advising, maintaining relationships with prospects, and managing multiple projects to achieve targets and effective outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• 1–3 years of excellence in customer service and/or 2 years of recruitment experience.
• 1–5 years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• Proven track record meeting deadlines under pressure with professional recruitment experience in higher education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and high standard of personal conduct.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students and provide accurate information to aid decision making.
• Represent the university at educational fairs and events as needed.
• Develop recruitment plans to meet projections and implement effective tactics.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and collaborate with admissions and advising.
