DAYTON-GRANGER, INC. (DG) in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our in-house Accounting/Finance team. This full-time, on-site role handles bills, invoices, and AP ledgers with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of AP principles.
• Proficiency with Excel and document management.

Responsabilités

• Manage all accounts payable functions, including invoices and payments.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices, POs, and debit/credit memos.
• Obtain approvals for payments and maintain vendor records.
• Conduct regular audits and verify expense reports for accuracy.
