Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience in the aerospace industry.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple topics concurrently.
• On-site role in Brea, CA; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable: process vendor invoices and enter into the accounting system.
• Three-way PO, invoice, and payment matching for accuracy.
• Document management: scan and archive vendor invoices.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and purchasing.
• Manage biweekly and ad hoc check runs.
• Obtain approvals for non-PO invoices and code to GL.
• Accounts receivable: post cash receipts and issue daily invoices.
• Request detailed remittance information from customers.
• Expense reports: review and attach required backups.
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger backups.
• Complete additional assignments as directed by the manager.
