Applied Composites is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Brea, CA. The role focuses on AR invoicing, AP processing, and maintaining accurate financial records within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting, with ERP knowledge and strong Excel skills. This on-site position offers temp-to-hire opportunities and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Two to four years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process daily customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation before invoicing customers.
• Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching with PO and receiving docs.
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records and support month-end close.
