Job summary

The Structures Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to operate and maintain the 3D Print Lab, convert CAD models to printed parts, and support multiple engineering teams with rapid prototyping.

You will manage print preparation, material selection, post-processing, and equipment maintenance, while coordinating work orders and ensuring quality. A hands-on technical mindset and familiarity with CAD drawings are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR).
• High School Diploma required.
• Hands-on technical environment experience.
• Experience operating or maintaining 3D printing equipment.
• Experience with CAD models and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot 3D printers and related equipment.
• Convert CAD models into printable parts and select materials.
• Coordinate and prioritize print requests across engineering teams.
• Produce parts for prototypes, tooling, and demonstrations.
