Job summary

Stratasys Ltd in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Post Process Operator I to support post-processing of 3D printed parts. You will operate post-processing equipment, inspect parts, and follow work orders to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of all part cleaning and support removal techniques and the ability to complete tasks with moderate supervision in a timely manner.
• Review work instructions for product information and special needs.
• For SLA and DLP technologies, uses part washers, spinners, UV light ovens, and heat treat ovens.
• Uses hand tools to clean excess material and supports from parts.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Completes end of day cleaning and closing procedures.
• Transports parts from Post Processing to Finishing department.
• Responsible for compliance with Quality Management System.
• Adheres to relevant work instruction.
• Observes and identifies faulty parts based on work orders.
• Follows established production workflow for part traceability.
• Addresses problems with parts and production with Lead/Supervisor.
• Collaborate closely with operators and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve post-processing challenges.
• Contributes to continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other tasks as required by the department supervisor and leads.
