Job summary

Honeywell seeks a 3D Print Lab Technician to support our additive manufacturing lab in Phoenix. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot 3D printers, convert CAD models to prototype parts, and perform post-processing to ready components for testing and flight-ready concepts.

You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, manage prints and materials, and help calibrate equipment and maintain preventive care. A hands-on technical mindset and CAD knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with comfort using computers.
• CAD or engineering drawing knowledge helpful; GMP exposure a plus.
• Experience with 3D printing/Additive Manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot 3D printers.
• Turn CAD models into finished prototype parts.
• Set up prints, select materials, and perform post-processing.
• Create prototypes, tooling, fixtures, mockups, and fit-check components.
• Calibrate equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage print requests, materials, and consumables.
• Work directly with engineering and product development teams.
