Protolabs is seeking a 3D Printing Lab Technician to ensure machines are prepared for production, handle materials, and maintain a clean, safe lab environment. The role requires coordinating with the build teams and following established procedures to minimize downtime.

The position operates Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30am to 7pm and emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for builds and ensure scheduled production.
• Remove builds and prepare for breakout stages and cleanup.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform light maintenance.
• Support material handling and inventory levels after each run.
• Collaborate with pre/post-build teams on timelines and issues.
