Job summary

Canvas is seeking an Aeropropulsion Test Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of test programs at Arnold AFB. You will coordinate with customers, SMEs, and project teams to define requirements and ensure test readiness and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include developing ROM estimates, SOC documents, and managing EVM-based project controls, while communicating risks and milestones to leadership and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Familiarization with DoD/DoE test & evaluation processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of aeropropulsion test programs.
• Interface with customers and SMEs to gather test requirements.
• Develop ROM estimates and SOC documents for test programs.
• Track projects using Earned Value Management principles and report progress.
• Coordinate and chair Test Planning Working Groups and reviews (TRBs, SRBs, TRRs).
• Prepare monthly Test Management Review materials for leadership.
