Job summary

Canvas II, LLC. is seeking an Aeropropulsion Test Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of our aeropropulsion test programs at Arnold AFB. You will work with customers and SMEs to define test requirements and drive readiness, planning, and cost estimation activities.

You will coordinate technical reviews, manage TPWG sessions, and present test readiness to leadership. A strong background in EVM, DoD processes, and cross-functional leadership is essential to succeed in this

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DoD test center processes and EVM concepts.
• Experience leading technical teams on complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of aeropropulsion test programs.
• Interface with test customers and SMEs to establish test requirements.
• Develop ROM estimates and SOC; manage test planning and readiness.
• Track multiple projects using Earned Value Management (EVM) and lead TPWG discussions.
• Lead TRR presentations and brief squadron leadership; ensure deliverable timelines.
