Job summary

KSA Integration in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an Aeromedical Case Processor to support AFRC Aeromedical Case Management. You will process case files, verify completeness, and ensure timely progression through Air Force systems at Robins AFB.

This is a full-time, on-site role with structured shifts and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include entering data in AIMWTS and related systems, coordinating exam scheduling, and tracking cases to final disposition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical records or medical administrative experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Medical terminology and ICD-10 familiarity; accurate high-volume data entry; Microsoft Office and PDF proficiency.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update cases in AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, and MEDXS; keep every system current and in agreement.
• Review case files for completeness against Air Force medical standards; request corrections from reserve medical units in writing.
• Track cases through review; keep units informed of status; compile final dispositions and member mail-outs.
• Coordinate exam scheduling with military and civilian providers.
