Job summary

KSA Integration is seeking an Aeromedical Case Processor to support the AFRC Aeromedical Case Management program at Robins AFB, GA. You will receive case files, verify completeness, and enter data into Air Force medical systems, coordinating with field units.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers full health and welfare benefits, paid holidays, vacation after one year, paid sick leave, and a training program before independent work. Standard hours are 0800–1600 on weekdays with limited telework.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical records or medical admin experience.
• Military medical environment preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update cases in AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, and MEDXS.
• Review case files for completeness against Air Force medical standards; request corrections from units.
• Track cases through review; inform units of status; finalize dispositions and mail-outs.
• Coordinate exam scheduling with military and civilian providers.
