Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or correspondence experience in a medical, military, or Government administrative environment.
• Clear oral and written communication; Microsoft Office and PDF proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return member and unit calls and email within contract timelines; work urgent cases same day.
• Screen, route, and elevate incoming correspondence with 90%+ accuracy; prepare outgoing correspondence and disposition mail‑outs.
• Support meeting scheduling, minutes, and program administration.
