Job summary

KSA Integration is seeking a Customer Support & Correspondence Specialist to support the AFRC Aeromedical Case Management program at Robins AFB, GA. The role requires handling calls and emails from reserve units and members, routing correspondence, and producing outgoing notices to close cases.

Full-time, non-exempt position with standard 0800–1600 hours, limited telework. A high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience are required; ability to obtain a favorable background

Position Overview

This position supports the AFRC Aeromedical Case Management Support as a Customer Support & Correspondence Specialist. Nearly 70,000 Air Force Reservists depend on timely aeromedical case processing to stay ready to fly, deploy, and serve, and this program keeps that pipeline moving for the Office of the Command Surgeon, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, at Robins AFB, Georgia. In this role, you are the voice of the program: answering and routing calls and email from 69 reserve medical units and individual members, and managing the outgoing correspondence that closes every case.

Location

Position Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation; current or prior investigation is a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Military medical or base customer-service background.
• Call-center experience.
• Familiarity with military correspondence standards.
