• Collaborate with design teams to understand needs and deliver productivity solutions.
• Work with leadership to evaluate AI/ML training program effectiveness.
• Train and coach design engineers across multiple countries on AI/ML/automation tools.
• Ensure model governance and responsible AI practices.
• Share best practices across GTE to foster learning and innovation.
