Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Production Planner for our Sedalia, MO site. This role ensures workflow continuity, coordinates with shop leadership, and helps maximize overall production efficiency across multiple areas.

You will monitor progress, address issues, and drive on-time delivery while aligning with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong scheduling and communication skills, and demonstrates proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules to ensure orders are filled on time and in full.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues and adjust as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders as needed.
• Track and report production metrics and performance.
• Coordinate with Production Planner to establish priorities and schedules.
• Assist in processing customer orders and shipments according to the schedule.
• Communicate production updates to Managers and shop leadership.
• Support production cost control while maintaining quality standards.
