Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Dover, New Jersey, is seeking a Production Worker (Process Team Control Operator) for the 2nd shift to monitor and operate manufacturing processes, inspect outputs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, with training during days. The position offers an afternoon shift with a starting hourly rate of $25.66 and an increase after 12 months to $28.31, plus a shift premium when on off shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• United States work authorization; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Ability to work on-site in Dover, NJ within 50-mile radius of Dover.

Responsibilities

• Finish bar stock to meet customer specifications.
• Crop and grind to remove defects and ensure proper surface finish and size.
• Operate Innovex detector and basic CRT operations as needed.
• Pack ingots for shipment and reweigh shipments per requirements.
• Update computer systems and document accuracy.
