Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Dover, New Jersey, seeks a Process Team Control Operator for an Afternoon Shift (2PM-10:30PM) at the Howmet Alloy plant. Training runs Monday–Friday 6AM–2:30PM for several weeks.

Starting hourly rate is $25.66; after 12 months $28.31. Includes standard benefits and shift premium for off-shift hours. Will perform process team inspector duties, ensure final product accuracy, and support the production line with quality checks and packaging for shipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read digital scales and other measuring devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Finish bar stock to meet customer specifications.
• Cut defects and surface grind to produce proper ingots.
• Operate Innovex detector and perform basic CRT operations.
• Pack ingots for shipment and reweigh shipments as needed.
• Update computer systems as required.
