Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Dover Casting Facility in Dover, New Jersey, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. This on-site role focuses on directing production workflows, ensuring safety, quality, and timely scheduling within the casting facility.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently.
Ensure production scheduling meets business and customer needs.
Plan staffing, training, and performance to optimize quality, productivity, morale, and cooperation.
Maintain compliance with EHS rules and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with budget setting and achieve operational targets.
